Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years HR recruiting experience, knowledge of HR laws, and strong communication skills. Bachelor's degree required; UKG and iCIMS experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years HR experience focusing on recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, resume review, screening, interviewing, offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
• Administer pre-employment assessments, background checks, drug screenings, and related programs.
• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Support college recruiting initiatives and represent Drees Homes at career events.
