Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, HR, education outreach, relationship management, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, candidates, educators, and business leaders.
• Interest in building relationships and developing talent pipelines through school and community partnerships.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; Paycor Recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting process from sourcing through offers and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Build relationships with schools and communities by attending career fairs and events to promote opportunities.
• Develop long-term talent pipelines with educators and workforce organizations for technician and skilled trades roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and TGMs to understand staffing needs and craft recruiting strategies.
• Attract and engage candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Coordinate assessments and interviews, including PI assessments, to support hiring decisions.
