You’ll partner with managers, craft compelling job descriptions, source talent across channels, and manage interviews from screening to offer, ensuring an engaging candidate experience and alignment with our culture.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational prowess—can juggle multiple tasks
• A genuine passion for connecting with people and helping them find the right role

Responsabilités

• Partner with hiring managers to uncover staffing needs and craft clear job requirements
• Write and polish job descriptions showcasing role responsibilities and Circle Logistics culture
• Source candidates across job boards, social media, referrals, and events and engage them effectively
• Review resumes and conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess fit
• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics for a smooth candidate experience
• Support offer preparation and participate in salary discussions under leadership guidance
• Help spread Circle Logistics’ employer brand across channels
• Stay updated on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices
