TradingView Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to own IT hiring for a global, distributed team. The role emphasizes thoughtful, targeted recruiting, collaboration with hiring managers, and involvement in broader HR initiatives from automation to employer branding.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in recruitment, IT hiring experience, strong communication skills, and an ability to manage multiple open roles with an upper-intermediate English level or higher.

Qualifications

• Proven experience hiring IT functions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple roles.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT roles.
• Source and engage candidates through multiple channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess fit and soft skills.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define profiles and gather feedback.
• Coordinate all stages of the hiring process up to offer/contract.
• Maintain and update candidate data in ATS (TeamTailor)
• Participate in HR projects like process automation and employer branding.

About the team

Our goal is thoughtful, targeted hiring and an individual approach to every candidate and employee. Beyond recruiting, our team actively contributes to broader HR initiatives — from process automation to employer branding — so you'll have plenty of room to grow beyond just filling roles.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment for IT positions

• Proactive sourcing and engagement of candidates through various channels

• Conducting initial interviews and assessing candidates' soft skills and culture fit

• Close collaboration with hiring managers — gathering requirements, aligning on profiles, and collecting structured feedback

• Organizing and coordinating all stages of the hiring process

• Supporting candidates throughout the journey up to contract signing

• Maintaining and updating candidate data in our ATS (TeamTailor)

• Participating in team HR projects: process automation, employer branding, and other initiatives

What makes you the perfect fit

• At least 4 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a product or tech company

• Proven experience hiring for IT functions

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Structured, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple open roles simultaneously

• Upper-Intermediate English or above
