Job summary

Beusa Energy, Llc seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full life cycle recruiting for field positions in The Woodlands, TX. You will source, interview, and onboard candidates, manage requisitions, and coordinate drug tests and background checks.

Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager to craft recruiting strategies, attend career fairs, and maintain ATS records while ensuring compliance with I-9 and E-Verify.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR management and/or progressive talent acquisition experience.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.

They will utilize their oilfield recruiting expertise to support the Talent Department and assist with sourcing, attracting, coordinating, and conducting interviews to find the ideal match for our company’s long-term goals.
