Job summary

Renaissance Personnel Group seeks a bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to cover a temporary leave of absence. The role is fully on-site in Tempe, AZ, with a Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule.

You will interview, onboard, and lead onboarding classes while ensuring accuracy and compliance for new hires. This four‑to‑ten week assignment requires strong organizational skills and fluent English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, HR, or onboarding.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple interviews and new hires.
• Comfortable leading group onboarding sessions and presenting to new team members.
• Detail-oriented with onboarding documentation and follow-through.
• Available to work fully on-site and ready to start ASAP.
• Temporary assignment (~4–10 weeks) in Tempe, AZ with standard 7:00–16:00 schedule.

Responsibilities

One of the Southwest’s largest and most respected general contractors is looking for a bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to step in and keep their hiring engine running smoothly during a team member’s leave of absence.

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule and facilitate interviews, coordinating across hiring managers and the necessary teams to keep the process moving
• Manage onboarding paperwork end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and compliance for every new hire
• Lead weekly onboarding classes, welcoming new team members and setting them up for a strong start
• Serve as a bilingual point of contact for candidates and new hires, communicating clearly in English and Spanish
• Partner with the talent acquisition and HR team to ensure a smooth, positive experience from offer through first day

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, HR, or onboarding
