Job summary

CME Corp. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the sales organization.

You will partner with hiring managers to source, screen, and present qualified candidates, and oversee offers and onboarding to ensure a positive candidate experience. You will maintain talent pipelines, track metrics, and ensure compliant recruitment practices while supporting onboarding, training, and offboarding activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience with multiple requisitions and sourcing active and passive candidates.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process.
  • Experience with ATS and online recruiting platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across the sales organization, from position approval and sourcing through offer acceptance and transition to onboarding. This role partners closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, identify and evaluate qualified candidates, build talent pipelines, and deliver positive candidate experience. Additionally, this position provides onboarding support and assists with employee training and offboarding coordination.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, offers, pre-employment activities, and transition to onboarding.
  • Proactively source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, professional networks, and other recruiting channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current, anticipated, and difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate the interview and selection process and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers and manage the process through candidate acceptance.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track recruiting activity and key metrics, including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws, company policies, and consistent selection practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and the overall candidate experience.
Onboarding, Training & Offboarding Support
  • Maintain and track new hire onboarding checklists and coordinate outstanding activities with new hires, hiring managers, and appropriate departments.
  • Conduct regular new hire check-ins to monitor onboarding progress and help ensure successful completion of onboarding requirements.
  • Maintain the employee training schedule, track completion, and provide follow-up as needed.
  • Maintain and track employee offboarding checklists and support completion of required offboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and assist with additional Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives as needed.
  • Perform additional duties, tasks, and special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing multiple requisitions and sourcing active and passive candidates.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and online recruiting platforms.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively collaborating with hiring managers and the HR team.

  • Experience recruiting across multiple states and geographic markets.
  • Experience in recruiting sales, field-based, or difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Healthcare, medical devices, distribution, or related industry experience.
  • Experience supporting onboarding and employee training activities.
