Qualifications

• Experience (1+ years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, sales, customer service or HR, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Understanding or willingness to learn and implement sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed for recruitment events and meetings.
• Willingness to learn and remain compliant of employment laws and best practices in hiring.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and passionate about connecting talented professionals with our organization.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work onsite in Peachtree Corners, GA.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements

Compensation

• Hourly rate of $24.04 - $27.00 per hour
• Paid Time Off - 104 hours per calendar year (pro-rated in first year)
