Job summary

GP Fund Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build a strong, future-focused team across the US. You will partner with leadership, manage end-to-end recruiting, and actively source top talent for a range of roles while developing an internship program and college relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and OneNote).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across multiple roles.
• Post jobs on boards, social networks, and our ATS.
• Create and lead an internship program with college relations.

• Maintain candidate database and nurture relationships with prospects.

Talent Acquisition Specialist – GP Fund Solutions

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with the leadership team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
• Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job postings and announcements.
• Create and lead the internship program including building college recruitment relationships and participating in college career fairs.
• Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
• Develop and release job postings on our applicant tracking system as well as utilizing social media for sourcing great candidates.
• Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
• Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, and other candidate relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field of study.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Proficiency with software related products such as Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and OneNote).
