Job summary

Smalley is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to serve as an expert in full cycle recruiting for both hourly and salary exempt/nonexempt staff. This in-office role owns the end-to-end recruitment process and ensures a seamless applicant experience.

Responsibilities include posting jobs, screening resumes, building strong relationships with hiring managers and staffing vendors, and partnering with marketing to enhance our employer brand on social networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred.
• 5+ years in a recruitment role.
• FT In office-onsite position.
• Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages full life cycle process of recruitment, from selection of candidate through background and drug screening process set up
• Provides candidates with a seamless applicant process to include candidate care
• Manages job postings
• Screens resumes for viable active and passive candidates
• Identifies and builds ongoing and successful relationships with hiring managers and staffing agency vendors
• Collaborates with marketing to create social content surrounding employer brand on social networks
• Builds relationships with hiring managers to develop a keen understanding of business priorities and to provide strategic insights as an expert resource in talent acquisition.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $68,000 - $80,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. This role is bonus/and or incentive eligible.
