Job summary

National Corporate Housing is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, hire, and retain talent across sales, management, all corporate level and support roles on local, national, and global levels. You will manage sourcing, interviewing, and compliance with state and federal employment laws, and oversee departmental subscriptions and tools such as UKG, Indeed, and LinkedIn.

• Bachelor’s Degree is ideal
• Three to Five years of agency and corporate recruiting experience
• Experience with sales recruiting is preferred
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws

Talent Acquisition Specialist

National Corporate Housing is a growing company looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, hire, and retain the best talent. This person will work to identify and recommend candidates for sales, management, all corporate level and support roles within the company on a local, national, and global level. In addition, this person will monitor and manage our departmental subscriptions and tools such as our ATS platform (UKG), Indeed, and LinkedIn, etc. Must have extensive knowledge of and proven success in sourcing candidates, interviewing techniques, and state and federal laws regarding employment practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing our ongoing recruiting strategies and plans
• Create and update job descriptions
• Full cycle recruiting from candidate sourcing to on boarding
• Monitor and Manage department recruiting processes, tools and subscriptions
• Consistently work to create a pipeline of candidates ready to join the company
• Network within the industry, HR field, associations, and leverage National Corporate Housing's internal professional network to build a strong network of candidates
• Help to strengthening National’s brand as an "employer of choice" within our industry
• Research and recommend new and innovative recruiting and hiring systems and tools
• Maintain all applicant data consistent with state and federal laws in addition to company policies and procedures
• Perform supplemental reference and background checks
• Prepare and send offer letters and rejection letters
• Assist in preparing new hire on boarding as needed
• Support other Recruiters and other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be a team player comfortable working in a fast paced environment with a drive to succeed
• Must be able to handle high volumes of activity at one time
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem solving, motivating, and training abilities
• Bachelor’s Degree is ideal
• Three to Five years of agency and corporate recruiting experience with proven success in sales recruiting
• Experience within the relocation or property management industries is a plus
• Some travel may be required
• Preferred experience working in a matrix organization
