Job summary

Visual Edge IT is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. You will source, attract, and hire top talent across multiple departments and regions, partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and design effective recruitment strategies.

You will manage requisitions, build employer branding, and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding, contributing to our talent pipeline and recruiting playbooks.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (in-house preferred).
• Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools; Paycor experience a plus.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates using multiple channels.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Collaborative, resourceful approach with focus on process improvement.
• Attention to detail and commitment to a high-quality candidate experience.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments—from sourcing to offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
• Source talent using job boards, Boolean searches, social media, and outreach tools.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current/future openings.
• Conduct resume reviews and phone screens to assess qualifications and culture fit.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS (Paycor Recruiting).
• Deliver high-touch candidate experience with timely updates.
• Support development of recruiting playbooks, templates, and best practices.
• Participate in diversity recruiting, employer branding, and career fair planning.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple departments and regions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, design effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

In addition to managing requisitions, this role will play a key part in building and launching new hiring initiatives designed to strengthen our employer brand and talent pipeline. You will have the opportunity to influence how we attract talent, implement best practices, and help shape the future of recruiting at Visual Edge IT.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, set success criteria, and develop tailored hiring strategies

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (corporate/in-house recruiting preferred)
