Job summary

Segal Trials, a leading clinical research organization, seeks a Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Specialist in Miami Lakes, FL. You’ll partner with HR and leadership to attract talent, shape the candidate journey, and enhance onboarding and engagement across the employee lifecycle.

You’ll design proactive recruitment strategies, manage multiple requisitions, and drive improvements in retention and development programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, full-cycle recruitment, HR, employee engagement, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and developing recruitment strategies, candidate pipelines, or employee engagement initiatives.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, or other recruitment and employee management systems.

Responsibilities

• Help strengthen workplace culture, communication, and the overall employee experience.
• Coordinate performance review processes and support consistent feedback and accountability.
• Identify opportunities for employee development, career growth, and internal mobility.
• Help develop and manage internship initiatives that build future talent pipelines.
• Monitor recruitment, retention, and employee experience metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Evaluate hiring processes and recommend improvements that support efficiency and consistency.
• Contribute to employer branding, recruitment marketing, workforce planning, and HR initiatives that support organizational growth.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Specialist to join our Human Resources team! This role goes beyond filling open positions. You'll help shape how candidates experience our organization, how new employees transition into their roles, and how we continue to strengthen engagement, retention, and professional growth.

And you won't be doing it alone. You'll collaborate closely with HR colleagues, hiring managers, and organizational leadership in a team environment that values partnership, communication, and shared success.

What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

What We’re Looking For

Experience in healthcare, clinical research, behavioral health, or multi-site operations is a plus.
