Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 5 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related experience.
  • Experience working with staffing agencies, recruiting firms, or external talent partners preferred.
  • Experience supporting multiple open requisitions across a variety of positions and departments.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and vendors.
  • Experience coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and facilitating offers.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and hiring priorities.

Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting the company's continued growth by attracting, evaluating, and securing top talent across multiple business functions. This role serves as the primary liaison between hiring managers, candidates, external recruiting partners, and Human Resources throughout the hiring process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing agency relationships, coordinating candidate pipelines, conducting candidate screenings, facilitating interviews, extending and negotiating offers, and helping develop recruiting strategies that support business objectives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong communication and negotiation skills, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where building relationships and delivering results are key to success. This position is ideal for a recruiting professional who enjoys partnering with hiring managers, managing external recruiting relationships, and helping build recruiting processes within a growing organization. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy in a business environment with minimal bureaucracy and evolving priorities. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Advise hiring managers on candidate selection, recruiting best practices, and market conditions.
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Prepare, extend, and negotiate employment offers in partnership with Human Resources and hiring managers.
  • Track recruiting metrics, hiring activity, agency performance, and time-to-fill data.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting Coordinator and HR team to ensure a seamless transition from candidate acceptance through onboarding.
  • Support hiring events, job fairs, networking events, and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Assist in developing recruiting processes, procedures, and strategies to support organizational growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws throughout the hiring process.
  • Support workforce planning discussions and provide recruiting recommendations based on business needs.
  • Perform additional recruiting and talent acquisition duties as assigned.
Qualifications

  • Experience with compensation discussions, offer negotiations, and candidate closing activities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with evolving priorities and processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Experience with Paylocity preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and printer.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with candidates, employees, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners.
  • May occasionally travel to recruiting events, job fairs, career fairs, or company locations.
  • May occasionally lift and move items weighing up to 20 pounds.
