Job summary

Neighborhood Health Center in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist reporting to the VP of Human Resources. You will design candidate personas for each role, source talent, build partnerships with community leaders, and create an engaging candidate experience.

You will be based at our Northwest location, 155 Lawn Ave, Buffalo, and may travel to other Neighborhood sites. The role emphasizes values-driven hiring and collaboration with leadership.

What We Offer:

Compensation: $62,350 - $66,000 annually
