Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting across the firm, from requisition to onboarding handoff. You will be the primary contact for hiring managers and manage relationships with remote staffing vendors and contract vendors.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years of recruiting experience in professional services, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, Glassdoor, ATS, and HRIS. Hybrid work is offered.

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within professional services.
• Recruiting in public accounting is a plus.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, Glassdoor.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS and HRIS; ability to build recruiting reports.

Responsibilities

• Own requisition intake, job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management for all roles firmwide.
• Manage a steady volume of roles across service lines and leadership searches.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and requisition status in the ATS and recruiting reports.
• Administer remote-staffing and contract labor agreements, vendor management, renewals, rate negotiations, and performance tracking.
• Post and maintain job ads across boards and company career page; review all applications.
• Represent Capstone at career fairs and industry events to build brand and talent pipeline.

We are a multifaceted CPA firm with 16 offices across the Pacific Northwest providing financial and tax planning to our business and personal clients by offering payroll, bookkeeping, auditing, and tax services. We have partnered with wealth advisors and estate attorneys to create Coordinated Financial Care service for our clients.

The Job

In this newly formed role, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will own full-cycle recruiting across the firm, from job requisition through offer and onboarding handoff. This role serves as the day-to-day point of contact for hiring managers across all departments, manages relationships with remote-staffing and contract vendors, and builds the recruiting infrastructure needed to support a growth-minded firm.

Qualifications for this position:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within professional services.
• Recruiting in public accounting is a plus.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, Glassdoor
• Hands‑on experience with an applicant tracking system and HRIS platform; comfort building and maintaining recruiting reports.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor and POC to hiring managers at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage concurrent requisitions.

• Manage a steady volume of roles across the firm’s service lines, as well as periodic specialty and leadership searches.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate pipelines and requisition status in the applicant tracking system and in supporting recruiting reports.
• Own and administer remote‑staffing and contract/contingent‑labor agreements, including day‑to‑day vendor relationship management, contract renewals, rate negotiations, and performance tracking.
• Post and maintain job ads across job boards, social platforms, and the company career page. Review and respond to all applications.
• Represent Capstone at career fairs and industry events to build brand visibility and support the firm’s talent pipeline.
