Job summary

CCK Strategies in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to focus on early talent recruiting and support sourcing for experienced hires. You will build strong university and alumni relationships and coordinate campus recruiting initiatives to strengthen the candidate pipeline.

You will research, develop, and implement effective sourcing strategies, manage the ATS to ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with HR to deliver a smooth end-to-end candidate experience from outreach

Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of professional recruiting experience.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, business, marketing, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates for roles in public accounting: Tax (Analysts, Seniors, Managers, Team Leads) Audit & Assurance (Staff, Seniors, Managers), Client Advisory Services (Seniors and Managers), as well as positions in Support.
  • Lead campus recruiting initiatives, including career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and internship programs. Coordinate and attend professional recruiting events and university career fairs, partnering with internal CCK teams to develop marketing collateral, promotional items, and elevate the firm’s overall event presence.
  • Partner with the Admin and HR teams to facilitate intern engagement activities prior to onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition into the firm.
  • Drive employee engagement and referral efforts to strengthen internal sourcing channels — including tracking and promoting the employee referral bonus program and coordinating with the HR team to ensure timely payouts.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and streamline the recruitment process.
  • Create and distribute job postings across recruiting platforms, university career centers, and social media channels to maximize candidate reach.
  • Conduct first‑phase candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and readiness to advance to subsequent stages of the recruitment cycle.
  • Ensure timely submission of feedback forms at every stage of the recruiting process to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end candidate experience, from initial outreach through onboarding, including coordination of the background check process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges and universities to support recruiting efforts and employer spotlight opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate candidate pipelines for all open roles and deliver regular recruiting reports and analytics to support hiring progress.
  • Assist in designing recruitment communications and marketing content using Canva, and support content development for the firm’s LinkedIn Life Page.
  • Leverage emerging technologies, including AI‑powered tools and automation solutions, to streamline administrative and business processes, enhance productivity, improve operational effectiveness, and support the firm’s evolving needs.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the broader Talent Acquisition function.
  • Adhere to all relevant information security policies and procedures, safeguarding sensitive candidate and employee information while upholding the integrity and confidentiality of company data.

Job Description

Requirements
  • 1‑4 years of professional recruiting experience is a must.
