Job summary

Northwestern Mutual Puget Sound in Bellevue, WA is seeking a results-driven recruiter to source and engage top candidates for financial advisor roles. This full-time, on-site position focuses on proactive outbound recruiting and building a referral network with our advisors.

You will conduct phone screens, guide candidates through the selection process with firm leadership, and track metrics to demonstrate impact. A base salary plus uncapped bonuses drives strong total compensation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in sales, business development, or recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Recruit the people who become Northwestern Mutual financial advisors. You’ll source successful, career-changing professionals, earn their attention, and influence them to take a serious look at one of the best careers in financial services. This is proactive, outbound recruiting — closer to sales than to HR — and your results are measured and rewarded.

Compensation

Base salary $65,000–$85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus an uncapped performance bonus earned on results. Target total compensation at plan is $120,000–$140,000+ — the bonus is uncapped, so top performers earn beyond the range.
