Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field (Equivalent experience accepted).
  • 3–5+ years of experience in talent sourcing and/or recruiting.
  • Extensive experience with sourcing and recruitment skills.
  • Knowledge of advanced Boolean search methods.
  • Strong social media marketing skills to generate inbound leads of qualified candidates.
  • Experience launching and managing email campaigns for segmented audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with storytelling skills.
  • Extensive experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience working with CRMs and online marketing tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Locating ideal passive candidates, reaching out to them, and providing recommendations to Talent Acquisition Consultants.
  • Identify and interact with potential passive candidates via social networks.
  • Review resumes, conduct interviews, and negotiate compensation.
  • Leverage CRM to develop talent pipelines and related databases.
  • Use varied sourcing methods: job boards, social platforms, networks and events.
  • Build a diverse pipeline with proactive, creative sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with TA Consultants to gather role requirements.
  • Attend intake meetings to create sourcing strategies.
  • Pre-screen candidates via text, email, or phone to ensure fit.
  • Attend virtual and on-site recruiting events.
  • Provide timely feedback and nurture candidate relationships.
  • Share sourcing progress and market insights with team.
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics; document activity in CRM/ATS.
  • Share trends and recommendations based on data.

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for implementing and using innovative sourcing techniques and research strategies to create candidate/prospect sourcing lists and develop talent pipelines, using a data-driven and key market insights approach.

Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for implementing and using innovative sourcing techniques and research strategies to create candidate/prospect sourcing lists and develop talent pipelines, using a data-driven and key market insights approach.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Building relationships with passive and active candidates, industry professionals and internal team members
  • Nurturing prospective candidates by leveraging campaigns, newsletters, and other marketing efforts
  • Plan and moderate career webinars and sourcing events
  • Develop and attend innovative experiences to attract and recruit talent from traditional and non-traditional sources (events, information sessions, networking events, etc.)

This position will partner with various internal teams to understand business needs for current and future openings.

This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager and will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Consultants. This role is a crucial member of our talent acquisition function and will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet the evolving needs at TriHealth.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources; or related field (Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree)
  • 3-5+ years of experience in talent sourcing and/or recruiting
  • Extensive experience with sourcing and recruitment skills
  • Knowledge of advanced Boolean search methods
  • Strong social media marketing skills, including utilizing and actively participating in Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Instagram, etc. to generate brand awareness and produce inbound leads of qualified candidates
  • Experience launching and managing email campaigns for segmented audiences (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication with strong storytelling skills
  • Extensive experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Experience working within CRM’s and online marketing tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
Job Responsibilities

Must be capable of using social media and professional networks. Identify and interact with potential passive candidates via social media and professional networks, review resumes, conduct interviews, and negotiate compensation of potential employees. Leverage the CRM to develop talent pipelines and related databases.

Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events.

  • Employ proactive and creative sourcing strategies to build a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
  • Leverage various sourcing channels, possesses exceptional research skills, and has a keen eye for identifying candidates who align with our company culture and values.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Consultants to gather comprehensive information on role requirements.
  • Attend intake meetings with Talent Acquisition Consultants for role awareness and to create sourcing strategies.
  • Pre-screen potential candidates through various methods (text, email, phone, etc.) to ensure alignment with job requirements, cultural fit, and career goals.
  • Attend virtual and on-site recruiting and hiring events.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the sourcing and selection process and nurture ongoing candidate relationships.
  • Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, challenges, and market insights to the talent acquisition team and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of various channels and sourcing strategies.
  • Document all sourcing and recruitment activity in the CRM and ATS.
  • Share effective and innovative sourcing and recruiting trends based on data and make recommendations to the broader team.
