Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent databases to identify and engage top candidates
- Build, maintain, and analyze a robust pipeline of qualified prospects
- Partner closely with recruiters to ensure a seamless handoff of high-quality leads
Success Looks Like:
- Proactive use of sourcing analytics to optimize outreach
- Strong pipeline metrics: volume, quality, and conversion rates
- Measurable impact on time-to-fill and candidate engagement
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Experience: 3 (three) years experience as a talent sourcer or recruiter
- Advance Research Skills & Sourcing Techniques: Expertly use Boolean search, LinkedIn, databases, and other online tools to identify and engage both passive and active candidates
- Analytical & Metrics-Driven Mindset: Strong skills in tracking and interpreting sourcing metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, etc) to continuously improve search strategies and outcomes
- Communication & Outreach Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages to engage candidates with various and continuous outreach
