HighTower is seeking a Sourcer to join its Talent Acquisition team on a four-month contract. You will build candidate pipelines, conduct proactive outreach, and help drive hiring activity for corporate and advisor-facing roles from Chicago.
You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs and target candidate profiles. You will perform initial outreach and screening conversations, create and maintain talent maps, and provide market intelligence on availability

You will join a collaborative Talent Acquisition team dedicated to supporting Hightower’s national hiring needs. Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will support the Talent Acquisition team by partnering closely with Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists to help fill open positions across the organization.
This is a four month contract opportunity designed to provide additional recruiting support during a period of growth and hiring activity.
The Sourcer will be responsible for building candidate pipelines, conducting proactive outreach, identifying qualified talent, and helping drive hiring activity for a variety of corporate and advisor-facing roles.
