We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Talent Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team, with a specific focus on sourcing and qualifying allied health imaging professionals. In this role, you will play a critical part in building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates in areas of MRI, CT, Mammo, X-Ray and Ultrasound.
Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Talent Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team, with a specific focus on sourcing and qualifying allied health imaging professionals. In this role, you will play a critical part in building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates in areas of MRI, CT, Mammo, X-Ray and Ultrasound.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source, identify, and engage top allied health technologist talent through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and direct outreach.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates targeting direct competitors.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure a steady flow of talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial outreach and pre-screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, career goals, and alignment with role requirements.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and success profiles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Represent the organization professionally, promoting positive candidate experience and employer brand.
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or allied health sector.
- Strong understanding of allied health roles and the qualifications/certifications required.
- Excellent research and sourcing skills using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with employment laws and ethical recruiting practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience sourcing candidates for clinical or healthcare support roles.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Knowledge of healthcare workforce trends and talent market insights.
