A leading investment advisory firm seeks a Senior Associate for Talent Acquisition in New York. This role encompasses full lifecycle recruitment with a focus on technology positions, requiring extensive experience in financial services. Candidates will enhance the candidate experience and collaborate with internal teams to drive the firm’s hiring strategy.
We are seeking an exceptionally talented individual to join the Human Capital Management team as a Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition in New York. A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, providing best a best-in-class candidate experience.
This role will work closely across multiple different teams to execute on the firm’s talent acquisition strategy and will have an emphasis on managing roles across the technology landscape as well as other key positions within the firm.
What you’ll do
You will partner with the business to run the entire recruiting process, providing support and expertise to the teams you are working with. You will utilize and grow your network, identify high quality candidates, provide key search updates and continuously offer guidance as searches evolve. You will manage the candidate experience, ensuring excellent communication and engagement throughout the process and serve as a main point of contact for candidates as they go through the process. You will develop a big picture understanding of our business, brand & values, and act as a champion of our tag line “Talent is our strategy.”

The base pay for this role is expected to be between $125,000 and $175,000. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance bonus and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
