Position: Talent Acquisition Recruiter

The TA Recruiter provides timely and efficient recruitment services in accordance with organizational goals, established department policies and procedures, and in compliance with EEO Regulations and Affirmative Action goals and objectives. Maintains a philosophy of continuous improvement and full utilization of Children's Wisconsin resources.

Location & Hours:
  • Remote: Position will be remote with the flexibility to attend occasional meetings and community events onsite.
  • Hours: Casual position, minimum 20 hours required, with the ability to flex up based on organizational needs.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Requires 3 or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR operations, preferably in a large, complex organization. Healthcare experience is preferred.
Skills:
  • Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children's values and support our mission and vision.
  • Thorough understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and best practices.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HR systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to multi-task and support various client groups.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills for interacting with staff, leaders, and candidates.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills to evaluate situations and take appropriate action.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet expectations and provide timely services.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
