Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong ATS proficiency and MS Office skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting pipelines from sourcing to onboarding prep.
• Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and create tailored sourcing strategies.
• Proactively source candidates via networks, social media, and talent pooling.
• Track key recruiting metrics and improve time-to-fill and pipeline conversion.
• Represent Talentry at hiring events and enhance candidate and manager experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines, from active sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding prep.
  
• Partner directly with department leaders to understand hiring needs, develop tailored sourcing strategies, and run candidate debriefs.
  
• Execute proactive direct sourcing methods via professional networks, social media, cold outreach, and talent pooling.
  
• Track and optimize key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, turnover trends, and pipeline conversion rates.
  
• Represent the organization at hiring events and drive initiatives that elevate both the candidate and hiring manager experience.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a healthcare environment strongly preferred; OR 5+ years of full-cycle corporate or agency recruiting experience across other industries.
  
• Sourcing Skills: Proven track record with direct sourcing, candidate engagement, and modern networking techniques.
  
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related discipline preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
  
• Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Communication: Exceptional relationship-building, stakeholder management, and consultative skills.
