Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for Operations, Engineering and R&D across multiple sites. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, rigorous screening, and a strong partnership with hiring managers and HR to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume or technical recruiting, with a background in manufacturing environments. You will manage candidate pipelines, ensure data integrity in Workday, and contribute to TA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior corporate recruiting experience required.
• Strong sourcing/hunting capabilities with experience recruiting in high-volume or technical environments.
• Experience recruiting exempt (salaried) and non-exempt (hourly) positions in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for Operations, Engineering and R&D across multiple locations.
• Source and engage passive candidates using job boards, social networks, databases, web mining, and non-traditional channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and technical roles.
• Review applications, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, and move candidates through hiring stages.
• Ensure data accuracy and process discipline within Workday and other recruiting tools.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers, HR partners, and TA leadership.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Recruiter Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter plays a critical role in ensuring Entegris has the talent needed to meet current and future business demands. This position focuses on both professional and hourly Operations, Engineering and R&D hiring across multiple sites while acting as a utility player who can support all job types during peak demand. In this role the recruiter will proactively identify, attract, and engage in high-quality passive and active talent, partnering closely with hiring managers, HR, and Talent Acquisition leadership to deliver timely, high impact hiring outcomes.

Manage full life-cycle recruiting for key roles within Operations, Engineering, R&D, and other roles as needed across multiple locations.

• ~ Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and competencies; Source and engage passive candidates using job boards, social networks, databases, web mining, and non-traditional channels.
• ~ Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and technical roles to support future workforce needs.
• ~ Review applications, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, and manage candidates through all hiring stages.
• ~ Ensure data accuracy and process discipline within Workday and other recruiting tools.
• ~ Provide regular communication and progress updates to hiring managers, HR partners, and TA leadership.
• ~ Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.
• ~ Participate in TA projects focused on process enhancement or scaling support for business growth.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior corporate recruiting experience required.

Strong sourcing/hunting capabilities with experience recruiting in high-volume or technical environments.

Experience recruiting exempt (salaried) and non-exempt (hourly) positions in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred

Knowledge of the chemical, plastics, or semiconductor industry is a plus.

Proven ability to partner with and influence hiring managers to drive aligned decisions.

• ~ Solid understanding of ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and modern sourcing tools.

• ~ Problem-solving skills with the ability to assess candidate markets and provide insights to hiring teams.
• ~ Ability to anticipate hiring constraints and develop solutions proactively.
• ~ Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence hiring managers.
• ~ Demonstrates judgment in balancing business urgency with quality of hire.

People: Builds strong relationships with hiring managers and provides an excellent candidate experience.
