Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage full life-cycle recruiting for Operations, Engineering and R&D roles across multiple sites, including both hourly and exempt positions.

The role partners with hiring managers, HR and TA leadership to build pipelines and deliver timely, high-impact hires. The recruiter will source passive candidates through diverse channels, maintain candidate data in Workday, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; prior corporate recruiting experience required.
• Strong sourcing/hunting capabilities with experience recruiting in high-volume or technical environments.
• Experience recruiting exempt (salaried) and non-exempt (hourly) positions in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred
• Knowledge of the chemical, plastics, or semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Proven ability to partner with and influence hiring managers to drive aligned decisions.

Responsibilities

• Review applications, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, and manage candidates through all hiring stages.
• Ensure data accuracy and process discipline within Workday and other recruiting tools.
• Provide regular communication and progress updates to hiring managers, HR partners, and TA leadership.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.
• Participate in TA projects focused on process enhancement or scaling support for business growth.

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter plays a critical role in ensuring Entegris has the talent needed to meet current and future business demands. This position focuses on both professional and hourly Operations, Engineering and R&D hiring across multiple sites while acting as a utility player who can support all job types during peak demand. In this role the recruiter will proactively identify, attract, andengage inhigh-qualitypassive and active talent, partnering closely with hiring managers, HR, and Talent Acquisition leadership to deliver timely,high impacthiring outcomes.

• Ability to anticipate hiring constraints and develop solutions proactively.

• Demonstrates judgment in balancing business urgency with quality of hire.
