BRG is seeking a Recruiter who is high-energy and goal oriented in both business and personal pursuits to join our team of professional recruiters

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include, but are not limited to

Sources, pre-screens and recommends qualified candidates, and makes salary offers for employment of staff. Plans, develops, implements and coordinates employment and recruitment strategies for all levels of employees.
Develops and maintains positive client, customer and community relations. Responsible for accurate recruitment matrices, identifying opportunities to improve services, making recommendations and implementing actions as appropriate and consistent with the goals of BRG.

• Conducts pre-search job analysis, establishing key job elements and specific position requirements.
• Partners with internal customers to identify the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for candidates to perform.
• Establishes and maintains ongoing communications with hiring manager throughout the recruitment process.
• Creates and maintains a pool of qualified applicants. Provides and maintains up-to-date applicant records utilizing applicant tracking system.
• Reviews and evaluates applications/resumes and prioritizes in terms of desirability.
• Conducts phone screens, assesses applicant’s qualifications and refers qualified candidates for employment.
• Plans and organizes open houses, career days and job fairs as deemed necessary.
• Maintains courteous, professional and effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization, clients, vendors and/or any other representative or external organization.
• Attends weekly meetings with Recruitment team to develop strategies, set goals and discuss enhancing performance.
• Partners with advertising agency and internal customers in the placement of advertising media.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years' experience in healthcare preferred, LA RN License strongly preferred.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment preferred
• Experience with applicant tracking system and Web-based recruitment preferred.
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities required.
• Ability to build and foster professional relationships and a positive work environment required.
• Ability to exercise good judgment, tact and diplomacy required.
• Ability to effectively present solutions/suggestions required.
