Job summary

Mantis Space is seeking an experienced recruiter to partner with leadership to understand staffing needs and coordinate interviews at our Albuquerque, NM site. You’ll serve as the primary contact for candidates, maintain records in the ATS, and manage relationships with external recruiters while supporting internship programs and university outreach.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and coordinating NDAs, offers, and onboarding to help

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or people operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with leadership and hiring teams.
• Professional, approachable, and relationship-focused.
• Ability to work onsite in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Coordinate interviews and serve as a primary contact for candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and hiring activity within the applicant tracking system.
• Manage relationships with external recruiters and staffing partners.
• Coordinate NDAs, offer letters, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding.
• Plan and attend hiring events, career fairs, and university recruiting activities.
• Build relationships with universities and technical programs.
• Develop and manage the company's internship program.
• Track recruiting activity and identify opportunities to improve hiring processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide a positive candidate experience.
