What you’ll do:
The Talent Acquisition Performance & Data Analyst analyzes talent acquisition metrics, provides actionable insights, and supports the organization’s recruitment strategy. The analyst is data-driven, proficient in analytical tools, and experienced in understanding and translating talent acquisition data for recruitment excellence.
