What you’ll do: The Talent Acquisition Performance & Data Analyst analyzes talent acquisition metrics, provides actionable insights, and supports the organization’s recruitment strategy. The analyst is data-driven, proficient in analytical tools, and experienced in understanding and translating talent acquisition data for recruitment excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze internal and benchmark TA data to identify insights and opportunities for process and outcome improvements.
  • Research and provide data to inform strategic recruitment planning and report on the performance of existing plans.
  • Procure data and generate reports upon request via ATS and related systems, in partnership with other internal reporting/analytics resources.
  • Identify and help resolve data integrity issues to enhance confidence in analysis and decisions.
  • Coordinate TA benchmarking using metrics to measure comparative efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain key TA performance dashboards and leadership reports.
  • Translate recruitment knowledge and practices into relevant data/metrics/reports, and vice versa.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards.
  • Translate complex data into business-relevant insights.
  • Collaborate with various teams (TA, People Services, HRIS, HITS, Marketing, etc.) to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and accessibility.

What you’ll need:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Math, Business, HR, IT, or a related field required.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence with a focus on HR or Talent Acquisition data.
  • 1+ year of experience pulling reports and data from ATS systems (Oracle Cloud Recruiting preferred).
  • Prior recruiter or sourcing experience preferred.
