Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years in Talent Acquisition; or 5+ years in HR, Customer Service, Sales or related field.
Experience with recruitment or related with strong customer service.
Experience with applicant tracking, CRM, HRIS, and/or customer tracking databases to manage data is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, high skill level in customer service, effective presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including fact finding, influencing, listening and problem solving.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with staff, hiring leaders, vendors and senior leaders across the organization.
Intermediate skills, Microsoft Office proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Effectively and efficiently perform all related activities of recruitment, including but not limited to conducting intake sessions, sourcing, interviewing, and reviewing compensation for assigned service lines throughout Emory Healthcare.
Ensure adherence to all federal, state and local regulations and EHC policies in the employment process.
Perform related responsibilities as required.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
