Job summary

UC Davis Health in Sacramento, CA seeks an Employment Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment activities for clinical and non-clinical roles. You will source, screen, and manage candidates, partner with hiring managers, and drive compliance with policies and laws.

The role focuses on high-volume hiring, providing coaching to managers, and building relationships with diverse candidate pools while maintaining a candidate-centric experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in HR or related field.
  • At least two years of recent operational or technical recruiting experience.
  • Experience with a HRIS applicant tracking system.
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and laws related to hiring (e.g., Title VII, ADA, local HR policies).
  • Excellent organizational skills to set and meet priorities.
  • Ability to provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on the hiring process.
  • Capacity to manage a high-volume workload with changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws as they relate to hiring.

Compensation and Schedule
  • Salary range: $3,042.14 to $5,517.24 per month
  • Pay frequency: Bi-weekly
