Job summary

Waupaca Foundry is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for professional roles across the enterprise. You will partner with hiring leaders to create strategies, build pipelines, and deliver strong candidate experiences.

The role requires 3–5+ years of recruiting experience, knowledge of ATS tools, and a focus on manufacturing or technical talent. This is an on-site role based in Wisconsin with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting professional, technical, manufacturing, or corporate talent.
  • Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent mapping plans for critical roles.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring priorities and workforce challenges.
  • Conduct candidate assessments and behavioral-based interviews.
  • Provide labor market intelligence and recruiting insights to stakeholders.
  • Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage recruiting campaigns, employer branding initiatives, and targeted sourcing efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting procedures.
  • Track recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements.

Talent Acquisition Partner – Professional

Role

The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic talent advisor responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment across professional corporate positions. This role partners closely with hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines, provide labor market intelligence, and deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Education/Experience Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
