Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage purchase orders.
  • Assess vendor quotations and materials.
  • Reviewed and organize stockroom operations.
  • Review obsolete or slow moving inventory.
  • Collaborate with suppliers regularly on product improvement or alternative supplies.
  • Communicate with Engineers, Management, and Suppliers.
  • Maintain and track past due purchase orders within SAP.
  • Manage stockroom operations and central supply personnel engaged in receiving, issuing, and delivering supplies.
  • Work with accounts payable and reconcile company credit card.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and control procurement activities.
  • Organize, supervise, and direct the work of storeroom.
  • Prepare instructions regarding purchasing systems and procedures.
  • Design, implement, manage, and monitor procurement reporting systems.

Responsibilities
  • Create, process, and manage purchase orders.
  • Assess quotations from vendors based on requirements, pricing, performance, and payment terms.
  • Review and approve new materials for the stockroom.
  • Review obsolete or slow moving inventory.
  • Collaborate with suppliers regularly on product improvement or alternative supplies.
  • Communicate with Engineers, Management, and Suppliers.
  • Maintain and track past due purchase orders within SAP to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Manage stockroom operations and central supply personnel engaged in receiving, issuing, and delivering supplies and equipment.
  • Work directly with accounts payable and reconciliation of company credit card.
  • Plans, organizes, directs, and controls activities related to the procurement function.
  • Organizes, supervises, and directs the work of storeroom.
  • Prepares instructions regarding purchasing systems and procedures.
  • Designs, implements, manages, and monitors procurement reporting systems to meet company requirements.
Preferred Education/Experience Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in business, supply chain or engineering.
  • Two to Four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications
  • Computer skills, which include all Microsoft programs and knowledge of SAP accounting software.
  • Possess and demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexible work schedule for shift and department mobility.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently to plan and organize daily tasks.
