McLane Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive growth by identifying, attracting, and engaging top candidates in warehouse and logistics. You will develop recruitment strategies, source pipelines, manage requisitions, ensure OFCCP/EEOC compliance, and report metrics weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years of high-volume recruiting in warehouse/logistics settings.
• Proven ability to build candidate pipelines via direct sourcing, networking, and social media.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for sharing complex information.
• Friendly, effective communicator with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues.
• Ability to provide a world‑class candidate experience.
• Understanding of and ability to communicate business needs.
• Knowledge of hiring-related legislation (Title VII, PDA, ADEA, ADA, GINA, IRCA, FCRA, OFCCP).
• Preferred: Experience recruiting distribution center teammates and CDL‑A drivers; HRIS/ATS familiarity; running job fairs; situational/behavioral interviewing.
• Preferred: Workday experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet talent needs in your area.
• Source and maintain applicant pipelines using partnerships, schools, networking, job boards, and social media.
• Coordinate recruiting marketing efforts with hiring leaders and marketing teams.
• Use recruiting tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Manage requisition creation and hiring in the ATS with hiring manager input.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws including OFCCP and EEOC.
• Network to build candidate flow for current and future needs.
• Source, prescreen, and assess candidates via resumes and interviews (virtual, phone, in-person).
• Communicate value proposition, responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and advancement opportunities to candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to assess fit for behavioral and technical competencies.
• Keep hiring managers updated on status, timelines, and challenges.
• Coordinate interview logistics and candidate engagement.
• Track and report recruitment metrics weekly.
• Pursue ongoing professional development in recruiting practices.

What you’ll do as a Talent Acquisition Partner:

• Proactively source and maintain applicant pipelines using community partners, schools, networking, job boards, and social media.
• Coordinate recruiting marketing efforts with hiring leaders and marketing teams.
• Use recruiting tools and technology to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Manage requisition creation and hiring in the applicant tracking system with hiring manager input.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, including OFCCP and EEOC.
• Network via phone, social media, and other sources to build candidate flow for current and future needs.
• Source, prescreen, and assess candidates through résumé reviews and interviews (virtual, phone, and in-person).
• Communicate the company’s value proposition, job responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and advancement opportunities to candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to assess candidate fit for behavioral and technical competencies.
• Keep hiring managers updated on candidate status, hiring progress, timelines, and challenges.
• Coordinate interview logistics and candidate engagement throughout the process.
• Track and report recruitment metrics weekly.
• Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current on recruiting best practices and industry trends.

• Ability to provide a world‑class candidate experience
