Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a recruiting support or talent acquisition environment preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with a desire to exceed expectations.
• Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiters and hiring managers by executing coordination efforts.
• Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews with candidates.
• Draft and extend offer letters and new hire documents.
• Maintain candidate records and hiring information in the company's HRIS.

Skills

Recruitment support experience

Strong computer skills (MS Excel, MS Outlook)

Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred
