Job summary

Compassion International is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner II to lead Spring/Summer Internship Programs, Fellowship Program, and support temporary hiring across the ministry. You will shape early-career talent pipelines and develop meaningful developmental experiences to help emerging talent discover their calling.

As a strategic talent advisor, you will partner with hiring managers and People & Culture Partners to create innovative recruiting strategies aligned with ministry goals,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Three years relevant experience working in recruiting, recruitment marketing, program management, or other related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personal relationship with Jesus Christ and uphold Compassion's ministry in prayer.
• Advocate for child protection and ensure compliance with Code of Conduct in all activities.
• Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through networking and direct sourcing.
• Guide candidates through Compassion's recruitment process with timely communication and brand integrity.
• Coordinate development sessions, host home arrangements, mentorships, and internship/fellowship activities.
• Collaborate with management, HR Partners, and Talent Acquisition to design sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Assist in compiling market data for compensation discussions and advise hiring managers.
• Train interview teams on Compassion's recruitment and selection process.
