Job summary

Holman North Carolina is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Raleigh team. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and represent Holman in the community while shaping candidate experiences.

Responsibilities include developing recruiting strategies for dealership roles, sourcing via job boards and schools, coordinating interviews and offers, and partnering with HR on employment practices. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in recruiting are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required (or equivalent work experience).
• PHR/SPHR certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices preferred.
