Job summary

Holman Enterprises in the United States is seeking a Call Center Technician for a remote role based in New Jersey. You will assist drivers with emergency roadside assistance, locate repair locations, document events, and ensure repairs are necessary and fairly priced.

Candidates should have a High School diploma, vocational or technical education, basic Microsoft Office skills, typing 20-25 WPM, 10–15 years in automotive/truck repair, and ASE certification in 3–7 car or 3–6 truck categories.
