MGM Resorts International is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for its Food and Beverage Corporate team in Las Vegas, Nevada. You will partner with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies, acting as a trusted advisor on market trends and sourcing methods.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, using creative sourcing techniques across platforms to attract top talent. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of recruitment experience and experience in a hospitality F&B

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruitment experience with interviewing, evaluation and placement.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience with data-driven sourcing and market insights preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Advise on market trends, sourcing methods, and candidate selection.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Implement creative sourcing using LinkedIn, social media, referrals, events, and partnerships.
• Adopt new sourcing tools to engage active and passive candidates.
• Represent MGM Resorts at events to build talent pipelines and brand presence.
