Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of professional experience in recruiting, sales, business development, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Experience prospecting and generating leads through networking and outreach.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and team members.

Responsabilités

• Develop recruiting strategies to achieve hiring and activity goals.
• Build referral networks and cultivate Centers of Influence (COIs) within the business community.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates through referrals, networking, social media, career fairs, community events, and proactive outreach.
• Represent Northwestern Mutual in local organizations, professional associations, and networking groups.
• Strengthen the visibility and reputation of the Northwestern Mutual career opportunity throughout the community.
• Partner with leadership to promote recruiting successes and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate recruiting marketing campaigns, events, advertising, and branding efforts.
• Collaborate with recruiters across the Northwestern Mutual network to share best practices, referrals, and successful recruiting strategies.
