The Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruiter screens, recruits, and interviews internal and external applicants to fill current or expected job vacancies. Coordinates necessary steps and information to hire applicants. The Recruiter takes a proactive role in filling job vacancies and demonstrates a strong sense of urgency. Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates. Maintains effective relationships with internal staff and external agencies. Stays updated on HR practices. Utilizes SAP and other databases for research, applicant tracking, and new hire processing. Models appropriate behavior aligned with MLH Mission, Vision, and Values.
