Job summary

Norm is seeking an experienced TA Partner to hire across Marketing, Finance, Operations and Engineering. You will own full-cycle recruiting, partner with founders, and build scalable processes to support rapid growth in a hybrid New York City setting.

Bring 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, a track record of attracting top talent, and comfort in ambiguity. AI/ML or LegalTech hiring experience and familiarity with Ashby are pluses.

This Role

We’re looking for an experienced TA Partner who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is passionate about building exceptional teams from the ground up. You will be instrumental in helping Norm Ai scale. In this role, you will hire top-tier talent across the Marketing, Finance, Operations and Engineering teams. You will operate as a true partner to hiring managers, from defining roles to closing candidates.

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Partner directly with hiring managers and founders to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Build, iterate, and scale recruiting processes tailored to a high-growth startup environment.
• Drive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates through creative channels.
• Deliver a top-tier candidate experience.
• Maintain a strong pulse on the talent market and provide insights on competitive hiring trends.
• Represent Norm Ai, helping to define and build our employer brand and candidate pitch.
• Track and report on pipeline metrics and recruiting performance.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter.

• Experience at an early-stage venture-backed company.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: $130,000 to $170,000 per year

The range displayed in this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
