Job summary

Zeta Global is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team and support rapid growth. You will identify, engage, and screen top candidates across multiple roles, partnering with the Global People & Culture teams to enhance the candidate experience.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will source candidates via LinkedIn and other channels, conduct initial screens, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate ATS records in Greenhouse,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate recruiting or media agency setting.
• 1+ years of experience with an ATS; Greenhouse experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team and support Zeta’s rapid growth. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will playa key part in identifying, engaging, and screening top talent across multiple roles. You will partner with the greater Talent Acquisition and Global People & Culture teams to enhance the candidate experience and support recruiting projects as needed.

Depending on your location, this role could be hybrid (NYC, Nashville, LA, San Francisco) or remote.

What You’ll Do

Experience & Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate recruiting or media agency setting
• 1+ years of experience with an ATS; Greenhouse experience is a plus

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000,depending on location and experience.
