Vibra Healthcare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In-Office Tuesday-Thursday, Work from Home Mondays and Fridays.

The role focuses on travel recruiting across Vibra locations, managing full-cycle hiring, offers, and candidate communication. A strong emphasis on relationships with travelers and expansion support is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare recruiting or related experience.
• Travel recruiting experience.
• Current, valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify candidates for travel positions across all Vibra/Ernest locations. Provide support to new customer sites as Vibra Travels expands. Use internal and external resources to present qualified candidates and complete the full‑cycle hiring process, including making offers and communicating details to candidates and hospitals. Maintain relationships with travelers to transition them to subsequent assignments.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in healthcare recruiting or related experience.
• Travel recruiting experience.
• Current, valid, and active driver’s license.

Additional Qualifications/Skills

• Multi‑state, multi‑site experience preferred. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
