Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruiting for assigned departments, ensuring a consistent and inclusive process.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and social media.
• Manage interviews and selection, guide hiring teams, and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Provide regular updates and analytics to hiring leaders on recruiting progress and pipeline health.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by streamlining recruiting processes and tools.
• Collaborate with TA leadership to align with employer branding and strategy.
• Participate in job fairs and events to promote the employment brand.

In this highly collaborative role, you’ll partner with business leaders, develop effective sourcing strategies, and guide candidates through an inclusive, engaging hiring experience—contributing directly to the workforce that supports the communities we serve.

Job Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Partner manages the full-cycle recruitment process for a range of professional and technical roles. This position partners closely with business leaders and Talent Management to deliver effective sourcing strategies, enhance the candidate experience, and ensure timely, high-quality hires. Operating with increasing independence, the Partner II role demonstrates growing expertise in market analysis, stakeholder consultation, and process improvement.

Core Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruiting for assigned departments, ensuring a consistent and inclusive hiring process for represented and non-represented roles.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and social media outreach.
• Manage the interview and selection process, guide hiring teams, and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
• Provide regular updates and analytics to hiring leaders on recruiting progress and talent pipeline health.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, professionalism, and timely follow-up.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline recruiting processes and enhance tools.
• Collaborate with peers and TA leadership to ensure alignment with employer branding and talent acquisition strategy.
• Participate in job fairs and community or university events to promote the company’s employment brand.
• Lead or support recruiting efforts for internship positions including internship programming, onboarding, and engagement activities that strengthen the company’s early talent pipeline.

• Ability to interpret recruiting metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
• Sound knowledge of employment regulations and best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field required.

Experience

• Typically requires 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or related HR field.
• Experience recruiting for professional or technical positions preferred.

Work Location

• This hybrid role is based at our Madison, WI headquarters. While three days onsite is the minimum, team collaboration and business needs may require additional in-office presence.

Pre-employment will require satisfactory completion of a background check and drug screen.
