Job summary

Corteva Agriscience is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruiting for professional and technical roles in North America. You’ll partner with hiring managers, build candidacy pipelines, and drive strategic hiring initiatives to grow our team.

In a fast-paced environment, you will balance multiple searches, leverage AI-enabled tools, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining process compliance and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across professional/technical roles.
  • Proven ability to engage passive talent and build strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for assigned requisitions.
  • Manage complex searches across functions and levels.
  • Develop hiring strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Partner with managers and People Strategy Partners on talent requirements.

You'll partner closely with stakeholders throughout the decision-making and talent acquisition process.The **Talent Acquisition Partner** serves as a strategic and execution-oriented recruiting partner responsible for managing complex, full lifecycle recruitment activities across professional, technical, commercial, corporate, and leadership roles in North America.
