Job summary

fairlife, LLC in Chicago is seeking a Senior Analyst, RGM - Warehouse Business to drive pricing and promotion analytics for our warehouse-delivered products, including ultra-filtered milk and nutrition plans.

You will influence multi-year strategy and ensure execution in customer price-pack plans.

Qualifications

  • College degree in Economics, Finance or Mathematics preferred.
  • 2+ years of Revenue Management, Finance, Business Strategy, Category Management or Trade Analytics experience.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly and ad-hoc Route-to-Market reporting routines and databases.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Sales teams to share RGM information.
  • Support multi-year, multi-channel price and promotions mapping and plans.
  • Assist in National Customer Price Pack planning to optimize KPIs.
  • Create and manage monthly analyses of category and competitive pricing.
  • Utilize TPM and Nielsen data for post-promotion analysis.

job purpose: The Senior Analyst, RGM - Warehouse Business will support the creation and delivery of analysis to further the organization’s understanding of, pricing and promotions of our products and within the category. This role will focus on products delivered through our warehouse system, specifically, fairlife® ultra-filtered milk; and fairlife® nutrition plan™. This role will also provide top notch analytics to influence our multiyear strategy and help ensure those strategies are executed in customer level price pack plans during our annual planning routines. The ideal candidate is a strong critical thinker with excellent analytical skills who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly and Ad-hoc Route-to-Market specific reporting routines and databases.
  • Work withcross functionalpartners including Brand and Sales teams to share RGM information.
  • Provide analytical support for multi-year, multi-channel occasion-based opportunity mapping and price package architecture.
  • Assist in key National Customer Price Pack planning to optimize performance against identified KPIs
  • Create and manage monthly routines to analyze and track category and competitive pricing.
  • Utilize Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Nielsen and other TPO resources to organize and conduct post promotion event analysis (frequency, rankings, competitive analysis)
  • Execute ad-hoc projects on an as-needed basis

skills/qualifications required:

  • College degree with a major in Economics, Finance or Mathematics preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Finance, Business Strategy, Category Management and/or Trade Analytic roles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across several groups in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and technical skills.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
  • High proficiency with all Microsoft Office platforms.

$85,000$105,000 USD
