SkyWater Technology, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to attract and recruit top talent across a variety of roles. This full-time, on-site role builds strong candidate pipelines and supports hiring managers.

You will enhance our employer brand, coordinate interviews, and drive campus and events recruiting while collaborating with teams to define role requirements. A Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of recruiting experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field
• 3-5 years recruiting and/or sourcing experience in a corporate setting
• Experience navigating an Applicant Tracking System
• Strong organization, attention to detail and follow-up
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Excellent communication (oral & written) and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects

SkyWater Technology is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for our Austin, TX site to attract and recruit top talent across a variety of roles. This position builds strong candidate pipelines, supports hiring managers, and enhances our employer brand. This role is full-time on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting, from job posting through candidate selection.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field

Experience And/or Training:

• 3-5 years recruiting and/or sourcing experience in a corporate recruitment setting
• Proven success sourcing talent through online recruiting and social media channels
• Experience navigating an Applicant Tracking System
• Strong organization, attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Excellent communication (oral & written) and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently

Technology/Equipment:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
